Circle Tail (Pleasant Plain, OH)

Circle Tail is a small non-profit organization which provides service and hearing dogs to people with disabilities. The dogs and their training are provided at no cost to the individual. Circle Tail also operates a limited admission rescue shelter, with responsible spay/neuter practices, for unwanted and abandoned dogs and puppies.
