Coppers Dream (San Rafael, CA)

Copper’s Dream rescues dogs from California shelters and places them in permanent homes throughout the Bay Area.  They rely on volunteers to provide foster homes to the animals until they are adopted.  Their purpose is to end the euthanasia of adoptable dogs in the United States through increased public awareness, legal actions and by rescuing dogs scheduled for euthanasia.
