Friends of Noah – Wisconsin (WI)
Supported by an all-volunteer staff, Friends of Noah places animals in foster homes where they are provided with love and medical attention to ensure they are in good health before adoption. Their organization is best known for taking the biggest challenges with animals that need a great amount of medical care or behavioral work. “Annie,” a wonderful example, came into the organization almost completely bald with severe skin and ear infections, mange, many infected teeth, worms and not spayed. It took Friends of Noah several thousand dollars to rehabilitate her, and now she’s since been adopted and living in a wonderful, forever home where she’s the reigning princess.
Friends of Noah has several community outreach programs focused on children’s education and benefiting lower income households. To learn more, visit www.friendsofnoah-wi.org.
