Reach Out Rescue (Chicago, IL)

Reach Out Rescue (ROR) was founded in 2005 and to date has rescued over 1,024 dogs and cats. ROR rescues dogs and cats from high-kill shelters and otherwise abusive situations and helps to socialize ‘shy’ pets on their way to a forever home. Seeing the faces of their rescues light up when going to their new homes never gets old, and is what keeps the fires burning for their staff of volunteers.
