Three Rivers Humane Society (Madras, Oregon)

This shelter was born from the idea that shelter animals deserve the best care possible, and one of their efforts is to conduct outreach efforts to the nearby Warm Springs Indian Reservation.  Oftentimes, tribal residents find themselves overwhelmed with puppies. Recently, this led to an influx of 103 puppies. The Foundation’s grant will be used to help spay/neuter 20 puppies, and better yet, prevent an estimated 120-160 more in the future.  For more info, visit www.threerivershs.org.
