West Suburban Humane Society (Downers Grove, IL)

The West Suburban Humane Society was established in 1972. Housing up to 25 dogs and 60 cats at a time, they have over 350 active volunteers and get strong support from their community. This allowed them to save the lives of nearly 800 animals in 2010 by placing them in new homes.
